Feb 13, 2010 Vishnupati Nov 16, 2009 - Vishnupati Aug 17, 2009 Vishnupati at MIMISAL Vishnupathi - May 15, 2009 Vishnupathi - Feb 13, 2009

The "Irudigal Ramayana" of the "Nava Natha Siddhas"

The eternal witnesses of the all the events reported in the Purana Epics are the Nava Natha Siddhas in whose inner jyoti efflugence dwells Sri La Sri Idiyaappa Eesa Siddha, the Siddha teacher of Sathguru Venkataraman.

The words of the Nava Natha Siddhas are Siddha Secrets. They tell us about incidents not reported in the Puranas and give us deep insights into what those incidents really mean.

It is these Nava Natha Siddha Secrets that Sathguru Venkataraman referred to as Irudigal Ramayanam, Irudigal Bharatam, Irudigal Bhagavatam and so on. The Sathguru gave us many of these Siddha Secrets in his public lectures and in his writings.

Lord Shri Ram's words to Mother Sita

Every divine avatar has a completion point. We know of how Lord Ram walked into the Sarayu, how Lord Krishna laid down under a peepul tree and allowed Himself to be hit by a hunter's arrow and how Mother Sita requested Mother Bhooma Devi to take Her into the bowels of the Earth.

But what did Lord Ram (as Narayana) tell Mother Sita (as Lakshmi)?

The blessed Lord Shri Ram said,

"Every avatar has a completion point. The time for the completion of Your avatar as Sita is at hand. This marks the end of an age. The age when You will have to manifest Your Lakshmi shaktis in many different Lakshmi manifestations is beginning. This space (Seethakka Mangalam) is the one that is qualified to host You in all Your Auspiciousness. Go inside and be the 'Unseen Lakshmi' - the Veda Lakshmi. The Truth of the Vedas is Unseen (Hidden). And like them, be the Unseen Veda Lakshmi here. But the truth of the Vedas can be seen (known) in Mangala Prakasa Jyoti Light. So in this Mangala Bhoomi sacred space, appear again as Mangala Lakshmi, Veda Mangala Lakshmi and Veda Lakshmi Valli. And in this spot, where you will hide Yourself and reappear, I will join You as Mangala Ranga and stay here forever."

Thus Lord Rama Himself pointed out the sacredness of SeethakkaMangalam and the Mangala Lakshmi avatar shaktis to Mother Seetha Herself.

The Space Sacred enough to host All Auspicious Lakshmi Shaktis

See Thakka Mangalam = S(r)ee (Thanga) Thakka Mangalam, that is, Seethakka Mangalam is the auspicious place that is qualified to host Sree (Lakshmi). The place of All Auspiciousness.

Separation and Reunion

Why do the Purana Epics talk about the Mother and the Lord separating and then reuniting later? What is the inner meaning?

In the Purana Epics we read about the Mother doing intense tapasya in many sacred spaces in our world and then reuniting with the Lord. Why? To show us, by example, that our world is sacred. To prove to us, by example, that it is our tapasya, seva and worship in this world that will lead to the ultimate blessing of living with the Lord eternally in Vaikunta.

Thus the leela (play) of separation and reunion is enacted by the Lord and the Mother to teach us lessons by example. It is for our sake!

The Bliss of Reunion - For those who seek reunion with loved ones and estranged ones

The Lord of Honor of the previous Vishnupathi was Lord Sri Brahmacharya Perumal who manifests the breathless excitement of impending reunion.

The Lord of honor of this Vishnupathi (Feb 13, 2010), Lord Sri Mangala Ranganatha, manifests the bliss of having just reunited!

Thus, this is a continuation of reunion blessings for those who want to be reunited with loved ones or estranged ones.

Siddha Time Sutra: "What happened before will happen again"

Sathguru Venkataraman would often tell us this Kaala Sutra of the Siddhas that what happened before will happen again. It is this Time Sutra principle that binds together the past, present and future in the world of man.

The Sathguru would say that it is the man of narrow vision who thinks that the sacred events of Ramayana, the Mahabharata and other Puranas are done and over with. In reality, these events are happening now too but in some other loka. Thus there never is a time when these sacred events are not being enacted somewhere or the other as part of the Lord's play for the spiritual uplift of man.

In every loka, there is an Ayodhya, a Mithila and a SeethakkaMangalam. This is the Siddha way to think about space. We are experiencing Kali Yuga now. In some parts of the universe, it will be Dwapara Yuga and in some other parts, it will be Treta Yuga. This is the Siddha way to think about time. This Siddha view of time and space will gradually lead us to the correct perception of the universe.

It is with this correct perception of the universe that one can truly understand the sacred events of the Purana Epics. Otherwise, one can only have an incomplete, and an often incorrect, understanding of Puranic events. And to get this correct perception, one needs the blessings of the Nava Natha Siddhas, the eternal witnesses and judges of all the Purana events and everything else.

Mangala Lakshmi, Veda Pritvi Lakshmi - Sita Lakshmi Avatar Shakti Sacred Space

The sacred space of Seethakka Mangalam manifests both the appearance and disappearance shaktis of Mother Lakshmi as Veda Pritvi Lakshmi and Mangala Lakshmi. It is an important pritvi shakti sacred space.

Just like there are sacred spaces that manifest the Shakti of Lord Varaha coming out of the earth, this sacred space of Seethakka Mangalam is one of the special places that manifest the avatar shaktis of Mother Sita Devi and Mother Lakshmi.

Siddha Secret: This is a Profound "Wealth Shakti" Sacred Space

This sacred space of Seethakka Mangalam is host to Mother Lakshmi with billions of Her Auspicious Shaktis as Mangala Lakshmi.

As Sathguru Venkataraman mentioned numerous times in his books and magazine, truly profound Lakshmi Shakti sacred spaces like Thirunindriyur and Thirunindravur are truly rare but Seethakka Mangalam is one of these rare Wealth Shakti sacred spots.

The Mangala Sayana Kolam form of Lord Mangala Ranga further accentuates the Great Lakshmi Shakti of this Seethakka Mangalam sacred space.

What is TRUE Lakshmi Blessing?

Wealth, by itself, cannot be considered a TRUE Lakshmi Blessing. When wealth is neither hoarded nor wasted in unwanted expenditures AND is put to good use in meaningful, correct ways, that is a TRUE Lakshmi Blessing.

Note the conditions: (1) No hoarding (2) No wastage (3) Correct expenditure.

If much of your wealth goes to the doctor or to the lawyer or similar "unwanted" expenses, then you would yourself say that your money is being "wasted," wouldn't you?

To make sure that one's money does not get spent in needless, extraneous, wasteful ways, one certainly needs the blessings of Mother Sri Mangala Lakshmi.

The Wealth Enhancing Shakti of the Seethakka Mangalam Sacred Space

But how can one truly experience and realize what TRUE Lakshmi blessing is? Here is Sathguru Venkataraman's Siddha way:

In a pot or a surai kuduvai, place some rice, jasmine flowers, lotus petals and vilvam leaves. Reserve a part of your salary for worship in Seethakka Mangalam and place it in this pot. On Lakshmi Wealth Shakti days such as Fridays, Anusham (Anuradha) nakshatra days, Deepavali (Diwali) day and Dwadasi (12-th) thithi days, use this money that you have placed in this pot for worship procedures (such as abishekam, alankar, etc.) and for anna-dhaanam (feeding the poor) and vastra-dhaanam (giving clothes to the poor) at this Seethakka Mangalam sacred space of Mangala Lakshmi and Mangala Ranga.

Regular practice of the above worship procedure will help you understand the wealth enhancing shakti of this sacred spot of Mangala Lakshmi and Mangala Ranga.

The Unique "Ranga Mani Gopuram"

In most temples in Tamil Nadu, the tall temple tower (Raja Gopuram) is at the entrance while the main shrines are housed under much smaller vimanas.

But in the sacred space of Seethakka Mangalam, Lord Mangala Ranga gives darshan under the Raja Gopuram itself. There is just one shrine and one gopuram. That's all! This very unusual.

Sathguru Venkataraman said that the Siddha name for this unique gopuram over the main sanctum of Mangala Ranga is Ranga Mani Gopuram, a unique, powerful spiritual structure.

96 Treasures! "Rasamani" Siddha Secrets

Beyond the 64 treasures of Kubera (the Deva of Wealth) such as Sanga Nidhi and Padma Nidhi are great treasures such as Radha Mani, Ranga Mani, Radha Madhurya Mani and so on.

These are the 96 Shannavadhi Rasamani Shaktis that are hard to get even in celestial worlds.

But all these 96 unimaginable treasure shaktis are present in this Seethakka Mangalam sacred space of Lord Mangala Ranga and Mother Mangala Lakshmi.

Because of this presence of the 96 treasure shaktis, regular worship at this sacred space of Seethakka Mangalam helps in gaining wealth that grows and lasts in such a way that it can be passed on to one's progeny generations as well.

Daily Worship Spot of Kubera!
Kubera blessed by Mangala Ranga

Sathguru Venkataraman gave us the Siddha Secret that this Mangala Ranganatha Temple in Seethakka Mangalam is a daily worship spot of Kubera, the Deva of Wealth.

Because of his participation in Daksha's Yagna, Kubera lost all his 64 treasures. To regain them, he performed intense tapasya austerities in many sacred spaces. One of these was the Seethakka Mangalam sacred space of Mangala Ranga and Mangala Lakshmi. Because of his sincere repentance and effort, Kubera got back his treasures.

Furthermore, Lord Mangala Ranga blessed Kubera and gave him the ever growing, never diminishing Ranga Mani as the 65-th treasure!

North and Wealth - The Dhanakarshana Direction

No one knew about the 65-th treasure - the Ranga Mani - till Lord Mangala Ranga blessed Kubera with it.

It is only after receiving the Ranga Mani that Kubera got the status of worshipability (that he could be worshipped by those desiring wealth) and also the lordship of the Northern direction as the direction of wealth (the Dhana Akarshana direction).

Eternal "Ranga Mani Treasure Shakti" in the Seethakka Mangalam Temple of Mangala Ranga

Having given the Ranga Mani to Kubera, Lord Mangala Ranganatha did not have it either. But then, Kubera was in a quandary. No one knew how to worship the Ranga Mani. So Kubera wondered what to do with this treasure and prayed to Mangala Ranga with deep devotion.

It then dawned on him that he really would not be able to take it with him. He realized that what he should do is leave it with Mangala Ranga Himself! The Lord had tested him, but Kubera passed the test. He came up with the fine realization that the Ranga Mani belonged with Mangala Rnaga and no one else!

So Kubera installed the Ranga Mani deep inside the sacred ground of Sethakka Mangalam in such a way that its blessings can be had by anyone but no one will ever be able to take it for themselves! This was a most wonderful, selfless act of social servive that Kubera did!

And in that location of the Ranga Mani, Lord Mangala Ranganatha gives us darshan in the Ranga Mani Gopuram.

Having gotten the Ranga Mani as a blessing from Mangala Ranganatha and having installed it there itself for the good of everyone, Kubera visits the sacred space of Seethakka Mangalam everyday and worships Lord Mangala Ranga and Mother Mangala Lakshmi.

This is one more reason why this is a profound wealth shakti sacred space - the presence of Mother Mangala Lakshmi with billions of Her Auspicious Shaktis accentuated by Mangala Ranga, the presence of the 96 treasure shaktis and the daily visit of Kubera, the Deva of Wealth.
